Navi and Ivan met in art school in New York City in the '90s - two creatives from opposite sides of the world.
Navi, from Venezuela, brings vibrant cultural influence, a background in graphic design and a keen eye for fashion.
Ivan, an interior architect and designer from Switzerland, carries a deep appreciation for precision and timeless objects.
Fast forward a couple of decades and here we are in Bali, where na-iv was born in 2024. na-iv is a collaborative venture with a vision - to create a line of accessories for all you out there looking for that fresh breeze to spice up your look.
For our first collection we chose leather - a natural product that lasts, feels good, and becomes more yours with every use.
After experimenting with various techniques to get our designs on the leather, we found that the laser is our best friend. We design patterns and imagery which are then lasered into high quality leather to give the finished products the signature look of na-iv.
All na-iv accessories are passionately handcrafted in Bali by local makers - no mass production. We work side by side with them to bring each design to life - with care, precision, and a deep attention to details.
